The solitary echogenic or hypoechogenic parietal vegetation is present with the inhomogeneous aspect: chaotic inhomogenity. Contour is irregular. The parietal contact with gallbladder wall is made by broad base. The vascularization of parietal vegetation can be present. The vegetation can form acoustic shadow. The vegetations in dynamics can modify the aspect: can increase in dimensions and present the structure modifications.
